This is a many-part poem, part of the Pali Canon, attributed to the Buddha, giving advice to monks on how to escape suffering.
I thought this was good. I'll probably return to it. It was good for me to read some Buddhist texts not devoted chiefly to the practice of meditation, and I should do it more often.
I liked that it addressed old age and suffering directly. I'm not used to religious texts that do that. But overall, I shall probably need to reread for a complete impression.
